Mr. Rinaldi has been practicing law in Rhode Island since 1990 and Massachusetts since 1996 with extensive experience in real estate, probate, and business entities.   He has counseled clients in lender and broker licensing and RESPA compliance as well as acted as closing counsel for residential and commercial properties for both financed and cash transactions.  His practice regulary consists of drafting and review of leases, sales agreements, and lending documents.  Over the years he has handled matters involving real estate in tax sale, foreclosure, bankruptcy, probate, eminent domain, building code compliance, land use, and zoning.

Mr. Rinaldi is an approved agent for United General Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Mortgage Guarantee Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.

He is a also a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Rhode Island Committee on Title Standards and Practices, the Probate and Real Estate Sections of the Massachusetts Bar, the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association, the  Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association, and has served as a Member of the Town of Richmond Zoning Board of Review since 2001 and has been its Vice Chairman since 2008.
